Rentals

The Tigard Grange is available for individuals or groups to rent for regularly recurring events such as weekly/monthly dance lessons/dances; karate lessons, church services, club meetings, etc. It is also available for single events such as parties, receptions, weddings, dinners, shows, etc.

It has a stage, a dance floor a dining hall and a kitchen. The kitchen facilities are normally rented only as a serving/staging area, not for cooking. Our cooking facilities may be used for an extra charge.

Typical Rental Rates

Long Term Rental Agreements  

  • $75 for any use after 6:00pm
  • $40 for any use prior to 6:00pm
  • $75 maximum for the day

Single Event Rental Agreement

  • $150 for the first 5 hours any time of the day
  • $75 per hour each hour in excess of 5 hours until you reach $300, for which the hall may be rented for the entire day starting at 8:00am and ending no later that 12:00 midnight.
  • No alcohol is allowed on the entire property, inside or out.  No smoking is allowed in the building itself.  The renter is required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with limits of at least $500,000.
  • Renter must dispose of all garbage generated by their event unless a $10 garbage disposal charge is paid in addition to the rent.
